This research project provides temporary and portable housing solutions for working homeless people, exploring existing unused space on building rooftops. Through research undertaken in my Honour's thesis, I proposed a pod design with a comfortable living environment where working homeless people could reside until they choose to move. The pod would be modular and a number of them could be connected to each other through a shared green space. Constructed from strong yet light-weight materials, the pod is easily moveable, therefore could be set up in any location.
